Is there are way to set reports to run at month/quarter end so I can see each month as a whole or do I have to wait until the end of the month to set it up to achieve this?

Sorry custom reports.  When I am setting them up and I choose to do a monthly time frame it sets to run one month from the date of set up and I would like to set month end reports to run each month instead of having them all at different dates.

Moz custom reports?  You can set them up to run on the first of the month, which should encompass the previous month's history (based on crawl reports).

As for quarterly and other date ranges...nothing but old-fashioned elbow grease into Excel will work.  We download and maintain this data in our own database, so we can run our own date-driven reports.

Would be a good enhancement feature for Moz (hint-hint!).

Howdy!

Unfortunately, you cannot set your reports to run on a specific day. At this time, the Custom Report will run as soon as your data updates - daily, weekly or monthly (depending on the time frame you choose). When you choose the monthly option, you will receive data for the entire month.

Also, at this time, quarterly reports are not an available option.

I know this is probably not the answer you were hoping for but I will pass along your feedback to our product team!

Thanks Kelly.  No not an ideal answer but I will work with it.  I will spend the first of this month coming as an opportunity to set up al of our reports to run monthly thereby grabbing one calendar month at a time.  As for the quarterly like Laurean suggested I will have to do that manually.

Boo! Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and comparison reporting are what us marketers live by. I think this could be a great update for the MOZ team to work on. I'm too busy (or lazy however you want to look at it.) with several simultaneous projects to have to carve out a couple days to go through old spread sheets, and then create pretty charting for clients. I'd much rather jump on click a date range and voila! see my data and jump back to planning and executing.

Has this feature been added yet?  We've had our account for 2 years.  Is there something we need to do to be able to run historical reports with custom date ranges?  Since we did not schedule reporting, if we can access this historical data today, then our entire subscription will have been good for nothing.
