Topic pages - Word count & other insights

Hello everyone,

It's my first time asking a question here, so I hope I follow the rules. Let me know if my question is not properly asked, formatted etc.

Question: What's the min # of words we should have on topic page (related links)?

Also, let me know if you have any additional advice with regards to topic pages strategy.

Hi Sophie,

There are no definitive guidelines on this, but many follow a rule that there should be at least 200 words of quality copy (as a minimum) per page, but I certainly wouldn't be looking to go lower than this.

As for strategies, what is it you are trying to achieve? Higher positions in Google? Improving the readability? To gain conversions?
