Multiple Page Title Elements

I have searched high and low for the source of this but just cannot find it. On-page grader gives the multiple page title elements warning, but I just can't identify where this is coming from. Can anyone, please, point me to the right direction?

Hey Roselawn!

I see you are using some sort of template for the site. Also when viewing the source code of the page, I am seeing quite a few "titles" as well. Are you using any SEO plugins on the site? Those along side the default WP settings may be creating the multiple title issue.

For example: If you are using a plugin such as "All in One SEO", you need to ONLY place your title & description in the AIO settings and not on the actual page. Also be sure disable the "Use original title" setting in AIO. AT that point, it will only pull the title from the plugin as opposed to the default WP settings or the theme settings.
