SEO Moz PRO app Isn't Crawling Anymore

We find the SEO Moz PRO app a great tool for us. What is the reason that it is not re-crawling the websites included in our campaigns anymore?

Not really answering your question but I am empathising!

I was just about to post a similar query, our 'crawl report' usually arrives on a Wednesday and I use it to create spreadsheets and reports (we are working through a number of on-page issues!) - on the Wednesday just passed we only received a 'rankings report'

Maybe we have missed something but I will contact Moz to establish...

I'll update as soon as I have any further info!

I opened a ticket with Moz Help but within an hour my 'crawl report' was delivered...

Whether that is a coincidence, I'm not sure!

Maybe worth you doing the same?

Hi Andy,

Speaking of coincidences, I logged in just now and found that all the re-crawling are now taking place.
