        Hey Atul,

        I would recommend starting from the end and working backwards, i.e. what it is that you are trying to accomplish, e.g. your goal(s), and then work backwards from that to create your strategy and then get to the beginning of it all, e.g. your tactics.

        Don't forget  that the "me" is very directional, and pertains to the web property that it is found on vs. any specific content on the page or other site that page or web property is linking to.

        If I am understanding your question correctly, I don't think the example you gave above would achieve what it is that you are trying to accomplish, as well as other possible optimization tactics out there that you could employ.
