This recent post about a technical site audit checklist can help as well, as you want to make sure you don't have any on-site technical problems that would cause the search engines to not value your site as highly as you would like.. http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-to-do-a-site-audit

One thing I noticed right away is that your site displays for both www and non-www. Your music file appears to be 1.5mb, and you have some large background image files. The text for the homepage has much of it hidden in a scrollbar, and to me it looks like it's there for the search engines as opposed to being for the users (it's fairly heavily keyword stuffed and is a bit unnatural to read).

David and Keri both summed it up well.  These are some suggestions you'll probably find in the resources suggested, or elsewhere on the site, but thought I'd add them directly here:

• Add meta description tags for each page.

• Use useful and keyword-friendly urls - for example instead of "services.php" try "wedding-photography-services.php"

• Better headings, for example on the about_us.php page you'd want the header to say "Wedding Photography" instead of just "Photography".

Lots of low hanging fruit here to fix - definitely read through the resources suggested and others on the site!
