Moz is giving me an error message and I cannot add new campaigns

This has now been happening since yesterday. I don't know if it is just me. Whenever I go to add a new campaign on Moz, it gives me an error and says that the Moz team have been notified and they are aware of it. Is this just happening to me or are others effected by it. It's getting a bit frustrating. I tried different browsers, but I keep getting the same error. Can someone help or advise?

By the way, I have not used up all my campaigns. I have plenty left.

That's not fun isn't it! You can try dropping them an email at help@moz.com have you tried logging out then logging back in? Did you also make sure that the URL is correct when you're trying to create the new campaign.

I'm sure team Moz will get to the bottom of it.

I just signed up for the trial, and am getting the same error. When I try to start a new campaign, it takes me to an error page.

I, too have tried in different browsers and on 2 different computers, a PC and a Mac.

It's a known problem right now (see http://health.moz.com/ for a list of known issues). It cropped up in the middle of the night Seattle time, and now that it's morning people are getting to the office and working on this.

Thanks for the feedback Ryan. Right now, the health.moz.com site is the easiest way for us to notify people of problems like this, as it is a tumblr site that several people at Moz have access to and can be easily updated. Putting a message in the Moz app itself is a bit more complicated process, and involves changing code. We do try to put messages there when it's a longer outage, but it's not something that we can just put in in 30 seconds in the middle of the night (like we can with health.moz.com).
