Using Facebook as a PAGE, how do I set up a landing page?

Now that facebook has different types of pages and no FBML anymore apparently, does anyone have up to date instructions of how to set up a landing page for when you use Facebook as a page?

I have my account with a number of client pages in it. I don't appear to get the ability to ad apps to these page

There are several add ons you can use, and then set the add on as the default page.

Most of them work by showing an iframe for people who have liked, and one for those who haven't.
