Open Site Explorer does not show my website backlinks

My website URL - packforcity.com

I have backlinks from pinterest, flickr, yahoo, etc. but open site explorer does not show any in backlinks.

my pinterest PA is 47.??? any suggestions why it does not show in backlinks?

Hi Varun,

Open Site Explorer doesn't list every single link pointing your site. Moz crawls a ton of pages, but it's only a fraction of what Google is capable of. So even if OSE doesn't show it, I'm sure Google knows about it.

OSE typically doesn't show social profile links. I would imagine that this is because the Moz development team decided to devote their crawling resources to other areas of the internet. In general, most links to your website from social profiles will have a 'nofollow" tag anyway, so they won't be contributing much to the strength of your site.

it is not just about links from social media that OSE fails to show, there is whole a lot of links from elsewhere, and it has got nothing to do with a "no follow" link from social media as you can get to select which back links you want to see in OSE
