Question about using Schema reviews. I believe I've set everything up correctly, and the Google Rich Snippets tool displays that I have...however in the SERP and on the page instead of displaying a graphic of four stars, it displays "4/5 stars" text. The Rich Snippet tool says that it should be displaying the graphic though. Anyone have experience with Schema and know if there's an extra step to take to display the graphic?

I understand the SERP part but am confused at what page you are referring to.

In general, you have to trust the Structured Data testing tool. Similar to authorship and other schema, sometimes all you can do is set things up correctly, then hope Google chooses to show your best case snippet in the SERPs for various queries.

Thanks for responding Anthony....in response to the stars displaying on page here is a website for an example, their schema reviews are on the bottom of the page. The stars displaying the rating above each review do not seem to be JPG so I assumed they were part of the schema code.
