        Firstly

"actually i haven't received any mail from google and not any warning also. and my site reputation is not affected by this hit..... site rep is same... and increasing . "

If you don't have a message from Google you probably don't have a penalty, Hummingbiurd was more of an optimization update than a spam reducing update so I highly doubt it was what caused your site to drop in rankings it no doubt other factors.

I may have misread but if you brought links from fiverr that's no doubt where your trouble is, buying links is never a good way and always leads to this end result.

Same as most other problems, look at your links and remove the spammy / bad links and work on building good content, with good links and stay away from "Buy 1,000 link" strategy.

The golden rule : Quality over quantity.

        Good luck.

Chris got it exactly correct. Buying thousands of links from a place like fiverr can get you more troubles than doing any good to your website. Please stay away from any and all fast paced link building stuff on a place like fiverr as most of the times, they will be automated and as you know automated link building does not do any good to your website and moreover, it invites lot of troubles and penalties.

One more thing about Hummingbird update. Its not a penalty update.

          Best,

          Devanur Rafi

              Hello,

Firstly there is no "hummingbird" penalty. It is not a penalty, you got de-ranked because you do not meet the quality standards of the new algorythm to rank or your content is not good enough to deserver a high SERP. From what you explained, you are running microniche sites which depend on EMD...very well known story...1000 searches a month, low competitive keyword, £100 CPC minimum etc...correct?

You then bought bulk services on PR, comments, social signals etc from warrior forum, fivver, BHW etc and you ranked due to low competitiveness and EMD mostly, well know that these kind of sites can rank with few blog comment spamming even if they are no-follow links. You got hit because other web sites with similar content/niche have better content than you and probably people stay on their site more. Even if you remove the links you wont jump up on SERPS because you lack the content to do so and you also lack good quality links which you wont get by running an MNS.

The only way to get your ranks back is to focus on writing good content, have a top notch on page optimisation and forget link building for a while. Clean your profile with disavow that's ok but make sure you know what you are doing because you might kill "good" links (if you have any).

              Hope this helps

no its not like that you think..

my both sites "emd" a longtail keyword   which is derivative of main keyword...not semantic..it contain main keyword in it.

ranked for main keyword in #1 and 2nd site #5. for longtail both sites ranked #1.

anchor text ratio ... not more than 25% for both main keyword for both websites. and 18% -20% ...i used for main url of the site.

nofollow ratio is about 56% and remaining 44% is dofollow.

Both site launched exactly 4 months ago....technique was same. no tricks  was used here.

i also know the google webmaster guideline.. before entering into affiliate ...add some value to the site.

I placed only 1 review of 1000 words and 2 aff link  one in image and other "big call to action". and added few quality article of 700-800 words targeting longtail keywords 3-4times repeating in articles and 1 link to main or homepage for main keyword.

my review contains keywords less than 15 times in 1000 words article.it counts sidebar and in navigation also. and uses as

                eg.main keywords

                • what is main keywords
                • main keywords guide
                • main keywords review
                • main keywords system
                • main keywords program

for my site case2..ranked on 5 -6 in google first page... has 6% ctr for main keyword. and conversion rate is 4% .

my first site ranked #1 - #2 global rank  has 15% ctr. but the conversion rate is low.

both sites geting backlinks from google, amazon, facebook,pinterest,ezine...top sites .

i know fiverr....i just want to outsource..because i was busy in creating and adding  content to my other sites.

                ------------------------------------

Now im confused tell me what to do...adding more content to the site, creating high quality backlinks, sending a reconsideration request or just wait .!!

in my mind.. i buy two new domain and permanently redirects my site to new domain.

can you guide me....for one of domain m planning to buy is ".biz" . i wanna give a try..

this way i think i ranked again....earlier than recovery.!!!

                GUIDE ME

Yes I dont disagree, this is a PURE MSN/adsense/amazon affilaite tactic dont get me wrong I am not "accusing" you, just being a while around to know what you explain is a proper affiliate site.

Crorkservice the guy you used on Fiverr has roughly 1000 orders per day. PER DAY! So while I agree and believe when you say you didnt do anything bad to your site, what do you think that guy did for £5? You say you got a mix of nofollow and dofollow links with a 25% ahcnor text (too high btw). This is pure software submission. GSA or NHS as those are the 2 most popular software in the black hat era for MSN rankings. The nofollow links you have are blog comments which are submitted by both of these software and the reason they are nofollow is so they make it look natural to google.

I can not really give you a black hat advise, if you want your site to rank again do what Chris said and good luck 🙂

Adding more conent to the site can be good but the ranking for main targeted keyword and for emd has gone.

but ranking is returning for other keywords and i again ranked for one of my site #4 rank and other for 2nd page of google.

If i remove the low quality link that causes penalize my site i removed i can achieve or higher rank in serp, is it possible.??

because i added 1 or more article to the site. Now i think to remove all the low quality spammy backlinks using google disavow tool.

Definitely agree with others that this is not Hummingbird. It's possible that you were hit with something more like Penguin - Google only warns about manual penalties in GWT, not algorithmic penalties. Also agree with others that these tactics are absolutely likely to get you in trouble sooner or later.

Unfortunately, new sites are very vulnerable. I believe there's almost a reverse sandbox in play right now (for lack of a better phrase) - new sites get a grace period and can rank pretty well out the gate. Then, Google starts looking for signals to sort out if the site has long-term potential and should continue to rank. If you've hit low-quality tactics hard very early, this is when the hammer is likely to come down, and it's going to come down hard, because you don't have many positive signals in play. Without a foundation of solid, legitimate links, social signals, etc., and spammy links are going to do a lot more damage.

If you've hit these tactics really hard, and the sites are that new, I'll be brutally honest - you're probably either going to have to cut or disavow the vast majority of your links or just start over. You pushed too hard, too fast, from your description.
