Your experiences with Ekomi and Trustpilot reviews

Do you have experience with implementing reviewtools like Ekomi and Trustpilot for e-commerce websites?

How do you feel about these companies and would you recommend it?

I used them in PPC and I got pretty good results. For Adwords they are not complicated to set up - I wrote a while ago how to do it - http://moz.com/community/q/yellow-ratings-stars-in-the-google-serps

You get better CTR for ads and certainly better visibility and trust. The only problem is to keep a high average star rating, or else they disappear.

For SEO they might be a bit harder to set up, but I think you get the same benefits. Better CTR and more trust.

I can't think of any good reason to avoid them - if you have very good products!
