Anyone Seen a Drop in Rankings from Article Links from Years Ago?

A client of mine did article marketing years ago with Ezine, PRlog, ArticlesBase, etc. Now those links are still linking to their domain.

Do you think they'll see an increase in rankings from removing those links?

Probably not but you may avoid a penalty though.
