I have 2 sets of keywords one has 120 odd the other 60

but I just want to use those keywords the 120 on 3 campaigns and the 60 on 2.

So i should only be using 180 keywords through out 5 campaigns but its saying I have hit my limit.

PLease can someone explain how best I can share my keywords out around the various campaigns.
