Bounce rate has no impact on search rankings. I'm not sure why you're getting traffic from that site, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Just like the response from the Google Webmaster Central post, I'd say the drop is more from Google's recent algo updates then poor traffic. Chances are, the traffic is mostly bots or blind click traffic and from what people are saying - from Russia and China. I wouldn't worry too much about that. Just make sure they're not linking spammy links to you and if they are, request a removal or disavow if necessary.

This is "Referral Spam"

Essentially, webmasters will log in to view their stats, they see a referral from a website they don't recognize so they visit the site. The end result is the the spammer gets more eyeballs to their site. If the spammer provides a service, they may be paid per visitor. So, getting thousands of views to the site might lead to more money for them.

I manage about 25 websites and they all just got hit by a spammer doing this and, of course, I fell right into the trap. So, you can ignore it and set up filters in Analytics to remove those visits so your data is no inflated.

A client of ours just had this happen to them as well. We saw a large spike in referral traffic from them, which led me to do some digging into their company. Looks like a search engine trying to grab traction and leads through a fancy landing page. If it continues, I will simply be blocking the site in my reporting software.
