Wrong report for Duplicate content

The crawler is looking at all of the content on the page, including the navigation, header, footer, source code, etc. and seeing that much of it is the same between the pages.

I looked at the Mortar Hats and Christmas Joyful Gathering pages, and counted up the raw text words on each page. Mortar Hats had 622 words, and the Christmas page had 633 words. Of that, there were maybe 15 words that were different on each page. The crawlers can't  look at images, and to them, the pages look quite like each other.
