Moz has nothing to do with the background color of the links. The color is typically a CSS property. Anyway, most of your links are google redirects.

Those cse.google links are not fetching any results. So, they are not referring to your website. That's why I don't see how they can impact your SEO.

A link "spamminess" has nothing to do with the color or even the URL contents. Some high authority domains, including Google itself, use long and ugly links, which doesn't mean that they are spammy. You can check the URL domain in Moz to see its spam score.
