In my sitemap I have two entries for my page ContactUs.asp

ContactUs.asp?Lng=E

ContactUs.asp?Lng=F

What should I use in my page ContactUS.asp ? Is this correct?

Yes you are correct, I would advise to only include canonical URLs in your XML sitemap files.
