The site is Arabic so it's going to be difficult for most of us to assist since the tools we have for auditing content won't really help that much

When I visit:

https://www.anime-toon.net

... there's no site there. It 301 redirects to https://wiki.anime-toon.net/

Did you mean this site? https://www.anime-tooon.com - with three "o" in the domain name?

Is there only really a wiki, or are there really two sites like your question suggests?

I can help with the Arabic, but I agree with EffectDigital, there is no site for https://www.anime-toon.net and its being redirected to a subdomain?

There are also links in the main menu that loop back to the main page, I'm not sure if the website is still under development or if its been launched like this?

I think the first question is, what do you mean by the "index was bad"? Almost everything with a domain can be fixed.
