How to get rid of Google's manual action penalty on spammy schema markup?

I've seen this come from having review markup on the homepage of your site. Not sure if this is the case. Make sure your site doesn't have in appropriate review markup anywhere on it.
If you have removed all of this you'll need to go to your Search Console and then select "URL Inspection", add the homepage url and then "request indexing"

Can you share the screenshot of that review markup found on the home page? Because I am not able to find it. Also, we have removed all the schema codes from the website.

Wasn't saying there IS markup there. Just that I've seen that be the issue.
Have you submitted your site back to Google and requested indexing to see if the changes are correct?

In your GSC account, go to Manual actions & REquest Review for the homepage of the site.

Yes, I have submitted home page to google for indexing and it is indexed. Also, I have sent reconsideration request twice after removing all the schema codes from the website but it got rejected.
