      Hello,

I'm trying to make an SEO backlinks report on my website

When using the Link Explorer, I see only a few backlinks while I have much more backlinks on this website. Anyone has an idea about how to fix this issue.

How can I check and correct this? My website is www.signsny.com.

        Hey!

I'm seeing that you have 1,300 Domains linking to you and 21,000 individual links going towards your site. Are you seeing different numbers?

You will never have an exact answer as to how many backlinks there are to your site. Moz, ahrefs, Majestic, and Search Console will all tell you different answers. So you decide what your source of truth is. I personally feel that Google Search Console is the ultimate authority. Moz is my second source of truth because Moz find the most similar answer to Google. You can download a backlink report from Search Console as well!

You should try and compare at least 3 tools. Crawling every link is a difficult job even for Google Webmasters and they created the search engine.  There's never a tool that tells you the exact amount of links you have at a certain time. Especially if there are many of them. And more are created and crawled every day. Just keep a lookout for links that are coming from the same domains (and are DF). These are the most troublesome.

Yes, I have the same problem.  But certain kind of people do collabs based on DA number and I'm missing 4 very important backlinks that should be seen by Google and that would maybe make my number higher. But why certain backlinks are not seen by the moz crawler?
