On Page Grader is broken, how to get MOZ to fix it?

Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback.
On-page Grader is reporting the content in the body tag source code of your page, not just what you see on the site when it renders in your browser.I’ve copied out the code from body tag on that page and managed to hunt down 22 instances of “hyperbaric chamber”. While I haven’t been able to find all 24-5 instances this does indicate to me that your site’s body tag contains a lot of copy that is not visible in the browser.
In terms of the future of the tool, as detailed in your conversation with our support team, we are moving away from the on-page grader tool and you can indeed obtain suggestions for optimization through MozBar and Page Optimization in your Moz Pro Campaign.
If you could let me know a bit more around why you’d like to see the exact count - rather than a flag to indicate the identified issue - I’d be more than happy to pass this information along to my product team.
Best wishes,

Hi Jo,
Thank you for your response..
Yes I was counting the instances of "hyperbaric chamber" between the body tags in the code and get the result of 11. Im not sure where you are seeing 22 between the body tags?
Is it including image names? with the hyperbaric-chamber ?
like : https://hyperbaric-chamber.com/wp-content/uploads/monoplace-hyperbaric-chamber-for-sale-200x138.jpg
If so then I am in error in my complaint.. I think..
Because it gave a usage in image count separate from body count.
Or does the image count count toward the body count?
Its super useful to know the usage count. The pass / fail suggestion is like having a speedometer in a car that says "not speeding / speeding" rather than showing you the speed.
Thank you,
Todd

Hey Todd!
Sorry for the delay in my reply.
I copied out your body code from your site into a text doc and then did a simple cmd+f for "hyperbaric chamber", without a hyphen.
I then scrolled through and sense checked the results. That's how I came back with 22. I know it's a bit of a hacky solution and not completely foolproof.
A bit of news on the metrics you are after. I've heard back from my team that we're looking to get those added to Page Optimization in Moz Pro. I'm sorry I don't have a solid timeframe for the work, but it is in the pipeline from what I have heard

Cheers!
