I would like to display H1 Title tag invisible on the homepage. I set up Title colour  same  colour as background colour. How google handle with this cloaking? What should I to set up in the style.css?

Hiding text by making it the same color as the background is a big no-no. It might work temporarily, but if Google ever discovers it, your site will certainly be penalized. I would suggest adding the H1 tag as the main headline but styling with CSS it so it is not in a huge 24 point ugly font, but still make it the primary headline for users and search engines to both access.

My Blog theme has H1 tag and always added H3 tag inside the content, few months back my friends, told me to use the H2 tag once and H3 tag then H4,?

IF i have many Subtitle - which tag should be added ! and H1 and H2 , h3, h4 should be once ?

          Bold, Italic also ?

Why I asked here is this is basic one ? and i thought don't want to open new thread for this ?

H1 is the main tag, don't use it more than once. Use the H2 tag for subcategory info.

Don't worry about bold or italic and order is not really important for the h2, h3 tags. I would just try and get the main keyword in the H1 tag as high up in the page code as possible, and i would try to leave other code out of the H1 tag like hyperlinks or styling code, just the main keyword phrase.
