Is my blog breaking my SEO and what should I do to fix it?

Hi Joe,
If you are loosing ranking fro the keywords you want to rank for, its time to revisit your content and see how you can make it better. SEO is not a do it and be done with it practice. Things change which may positively or negatively effect your rankings. Descriptions and titles may need to change for seo, content may need to be expanded upon or updated.
Look at the new competitors and see what they are doing. Does their content cater to the user better then yours? I checked your backlink profile, are your competitors picking up more links than you are?
Just some thoughts,
Don,

Thats part of my frustration with this, my competitors honestly really aren't doing anything SEO related for the most part. I'm planning on going back and updating old blogs. Do you think this is the best option? ...as opposed to "no following" it...or something else?

does anyone else have any thoughts on this? I'm thinking to go back and update/revise my old blogs. Poll time! lol. Who thinks this is a viable solution?

Options available
Rebuild your content not your blog/website so you need to check
- The anchor text (Backlinks) on your search console
- The top100 keywords on your search console
- Your On page optimization
- Site structure/schemas/ markup always is a good option for me add as many information as possible to your post ( example for an article I always use 2 plugins to optimize the content 1 is for Yoast SEO and 2 Schemas for rich snippets.

Thanks for your response Roman. I think what you're saying is what I'm thinking to do: go back and reword, update, and restructure stuff that is ranking under undesired keywords.
Ugh! the last stuff youre talking about is another problem I'm having. I posted about it here:

My website platform/host does not have plugins like Yoast....is that enought for me to ditch it and jump to another provider?
