I changed the permalinks on our about page from xyz.com/about to xyz.com/about-xyz-newyork

However somewhere on my site I have the old link on a page with the old url.

How do find which pages have my old dead 404 link?

      Thanks

If you have Google Webmaster Tools, it will show you where all your broken links are. You can also use this broken link tool to crawl your site for broken links, or use a desktop too such as Xenu Link Sleuth or Screaming Frog.

Use the seomoz crawler. All your 404's have the referring page ie. the page that the broken link is found on.

If your site is Wordpress driven you can load the "Broken Link Checker" Plugin.  It will show you on your dashboard exactly where the broken link is at and give you the option to either fix it or delete the link.

If you are signed in you can manually run a crawl of your site under the research tools section (at the top of the screen) that will give you a spreadsheet with all the information and errors.

If it's already a campaign. When you're logged into the campaign, head over to the crawl diagnostics page.  Here you should see a drop down where you can choose csv and export.  Once this is downloaded, all you need to do is sort the column for error type and scroll over for the referrer.
