Seems if you just drop the trailing slash then the page works fine. I would link it without the trailing slash, looks like a lot of your other pages are setup that way as well.

Thanks for your response! The problem is there are many instances across the site that include links with that trailing slash at the end. Should I go through the entire site and get rid of this slash or would it be best practice to re-structure my folder structure?

I think your folder structure is fine. If the helpdesk is a single page and you're not gonna have any content depth pages below that then you should be able to get rid of the trailing slash. If you're going to have content that would fall specifically under the helpdesk then I would say make that a folder and add your pages underneath that and include helpdesk in the URL structure.
