Hi Anshul,

In your case ask your developers modify the form code, and have the action go to /canada-points-calculator?thankyou=1.

Now create a destination Goals where destination url would be /canada-points-calculator?thankyou=1.

Thanks for your response, According to Developers there is no option to change the URL structure after submitting the form.

If you cannot append url parameters you could potentially set up a POST success or fail / callback script to trigger events or also set events to take place on submission of your forms submit button etc
