Hreflang for English languege

My website targets few English speaking countries and includes Spanish & Turkish

the current setting is

two question

• Since I care about few english speaking countries I think I should remove the US part and add x-defualt. What are you thoughts?

• Should I add the country code for the Turkish hreflang line?

Unless your language pages are localized only for specific countries, I think you should simply use the language codes (en, es and tr) in your Hreflang markup instead of language+country (en-US, es-ES).

x-default is not required.
