Keyword Explorer Stuck

Is anyone else experiencing troubles with Keyword Explorer?  We have several keyword lists and they keep getting frozen on "Gathering Metrics" for days, even if we had results for those particular keywords previously.  Just curious to know if this is a pervasive problem and if there's some kind of an easy fix.

The metrics for the lists you create in Keyword Explorer should come back from fairly quickly, but we notice from time to time that lists get stuck in Gathering Metrics for several keywords. Usually re-creating the list solves the issue. Is that an option for you? I know it's not very convenient at times to re-create a list, so if that's not an option for you, I'd be happy to create a support ticket for you so we can escalate the issue you're seeing to our Engineering team to see if they can resolve the issue on our end.
