Mozbar have no PA and DA within the bar for the last week.

I don't know how technical I need to get here, but the mozbar has shown no data for PA and DA for over a week now. Also, the bar tells me to login within the search query version of the mozbar...  Even after I have logged in many times and the cach remembers me on the login page. I would love some assistance here from Moz directly.

Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with Mozbar. Since this is an extension of your browser, it may be difficult for us to isolate as the toolbar will rely on your personal settings in the browser.

Here are somethings you can try to get it working:

Make sure you are not in incognito mode

• Disable/un-install all other extensions leaving just Mozbar to isolate
• Re-install Chrome
• Check to see if the address bar is hiding the extension icons: http://www.screencast.com/t/7cLHKkOP
• Disable any software firewall or security apps
