Is there an SEO Project Management Tool Available that you can recommend for SEO agencies?

I am looking for a tool/platform where we can manage clients SEO projects in details. What has been done, what is being done etc. all into one platform...The more features and tools available the better..

Can you recommend some that are good for SEO agencies?

I can't recommend an SEO specific project management tool, but I have used a range of the different ones out there to manage marketing, including SEO.

In terms of tools, the best solutions I've found have either been to merge several tools together - in my case, I use Slack as a communication tool which then pulls in updates and info from Trello, Asana and a couple of others. It's a bit of a pain to co-ordinate, but having Slack as the central hub helps to keep everything together, and most team members are able to see what they need fairly quickly and easily.

The all-in-one solution I've preferred has been Liquid Planner, which has a huge amount of stuff for both workflow and team management etc. It works really well for larger teams, and offers the flexibility for freelance and client access in addition to internal management, combining tasks, timekeeping, payments etc.

When it comes to SEO project management, we typically use Asana. I know others have used Basecamp, and we have used it in the past--but it does have some limitations. In any project management scenario, you're going to have to do a lot of planning and setting up of templates for it to work well. Customization is key.

I've tried them all for my agency - what I've found is it's less about the tool and more about your process. The tool is simply an organizational / automation layer on top of your processes. We ended up finding a project management solution that ran in Google Sheets that we love. We were able to highly tailor it to our needs through customizations. It works for us!
