Is it possible to see if Internal Links are in the copy, nav or footer?
-
I've used Open Site Explorer to crawl my site for Internal Links. However I would like to see just internal links within the copy, not in the nav or footer. Is there a way of doing so that isn't manual? Or is there another tool that would do so?

With screaming frog you can crawl your site and get a list of pages with a specific foot print. So you could specify the program to crawl pages with links contained within the body text and return those URL's. Then paste those URLs back into screaming frog mode > list and paste url's. Then check the internal links however there may be some overlap in internal links. Hope this helps some.

I do not think there is another tool at Moz to see where the links are coming from.
