Why not just purchase your own subscription directly from these companies? It looks like this company is selling off parts of their subscriptions to other people to use. If that's the case then you don't actually have control over the data or admin features which seems pretty risky to me. I would never want another agency to have visibility into my data or a client's data. It looks like you're acting as "an employee" of the company which may or may not violate terms of service for some of these tools since you are in no way affiliated with this "SEO agency" sharing their subscriptions.

To me this looks sketchy, and I would never opt to do this. The risk is way too great if you're running a legit operation with clients. If you can't afford to purchase your own subscription from each of the tools you want, then only buy what you need. These tools are great, but you don't necessarily need all of them. You can do a lot with a simple rank tracking software, free accounts, excel spreadsheets, and a little extra work from you. These tools are great because they automate tasks and save time, but everything could be done another way if needed.

Based on the fact that we don't currently offer any promotions (aside from our 30-day free trial) I'm going to have to join Eric in calling this and similar offers illegitimate and encouraging you to buy your subscriptions through these companies directly.

I've also just sent that site to our Legal team, so their offer may not be available much longer, anyway—thanks for the heads-up! I'll be locking this thread to further comments, as well.
