Creating a help hub, not sure the best name to use, " keyword help " or " help hub "?
-
I've been creating new content for our site, lots of help related content, so I created a help hub section. Now the more I go through it, and look at url structure and breadcrumbs, I can't help but think I should be using a keyword in there, but also don't want to over do it, since the keyword we are shooting for is also a subsection of our site, complete with url keyword and breadcrumb. So I just don't want to have too many over redundant titles like keyword this and keyword that, so I came here to get some advice from the awesome community of folks.
Keep help hub so it's:
Url: site.com/help-hub/helppage1
Breadcrumb: Home > Help-Hub > Help Page 1
or
Url: site.com/keyword/help/helppage1
Breadcrumb: Home > Keyword > Help > Help Page 1

Hi there.
Well, here is a thing. Would that keyword in url and breadcrumb make sense from user point of view? Eg.: site.com/shoes/help/how-to-clean and site.com/dress/help/how-to-clean would be good structure if that would match the navigating to it (you'd go to shoes category, click on help button and then article). And it would be bad if you go to "how to clean" section, and the find article on how to clean shoes.
Hope this makes sense.
Overall, just look at it from user perspective. Would it/ would it not make sense to average user.

Thank you, I was leaning towards adding the subject keyword that the help was for, but wanted to get a second opinion.
I've been noticing that if you keep user experience in mind, then SEO kinda falls into place. Of course there is the small this and thats to keep in mind, but overall is good to be aware.
Thank you again!

No problem!
And yes, nowadays SEO is a lot about user experience.
