      Hello Moz,

      I would like to ask about the custom reporting. Yesterday, I've setup a custom report for one of our clients website and tested an email account where the report should be sent to.. but upon completion of the entire custom reporting process and tick the box "Share outside this subscription" then added/tested 3 personal emails where the report should be sent to but the receiver (personal email I've added) did not received any moz report till today.

        As far as I'm aware, the custom reports are sent with every update (usually weekly). So if your keyword data etc has just been updated today, then you would have received the custom report today.

        Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's just what I noticed on running custom reports myself. Every time recipient received a custom report, it was not long after keyword data had been updated in Moz Analytics.

          Yeah, I get the idea on how this custom report works. But the problem is it doesn't send the report to other email accounts that I have provided where the weekly report should be sent to. I'm wondering if the custom report is exclusive for the person who has the subscription (the email I've used to subscribe for this tool) and it can't be used to send weekly report to other email accounts outside the subscription? (i.e our client's personal email)

          On the custom report tab, there's a feature that enables the subscriber to add other email accounts where the report should be sent to by ticking the box "Share outside this subscription" and add email accounts where I should send the report. I did tried 3 separate email accounts aside from the one I use to subscribe but all 3 email accounts I've provided did not received any reports from moz.

            Hey Jeremy,

            The reports should go to any additional email you request in the custom report scheduler. It looks like you have quite a few campaigns, so it is difficult for me to look into what may be the issue here without a bit more detail. If you don't want to share which campaign you are referring to here, can you please email us at help@moz.com or click the blue message icon in the bottom right corner of your campaigns to send us the details of which campaign you had this issue on so that we can investigate further.

              I've already sent you a message on that blue icon in the bottom right. Kindly. see how you can resolve this issue as I need to set and schedule weekly reporting to my clients. Thank you!
