I am setting up a new campaign for a new subdomain, set up by my client. The subdomain uses an SAP course generator called Addstore. The url for the section that I'm responsible for is https://addstore.itelligencegroup.com/uk/en/Training/c/Training. I set this up as a campaign in Moz, left it running for a couple of weeks and am getting no search results whatsoever for any of the keywords. I'm just trying to figure out what I need to put into Moz for the domain.

The Training section of this subdomain is a subsection of this url: https://addstore.itelligencegroup.com/uk/en/. I don't want to use this as the domain in moz or I will get information for other pages within that section.

      Can anyone help please?

        Hi Christy,

Thanks for writing us and I hope this message finds you well! Due to the specific nature of this problem it may be best to write into help@moz.com because I feel as though the solution may touch on a lot of account specific issues. As a general preface though what I will say is that this is a bit of a catch 22 because having us track such a particular URL may not be the best for search rankings because it may be the case that other portions of the site are resulting in better rankings for the keywords you are tracking.

If possible when you write into help@moz.com can you let us know a few keywords that you know to be ranking for this page. This allows for our engineers to quickly see if there are any bugs or general weirdness with the account.

Anyway hope this helps and if you have any questions for me let me know!
