Search Analytics Question

Hi all!

When I log into Google Webmaster Tools my dashboard is showing stats for Search Analytics - but then when I click on the Search Analytics tab on the left there is nothing showing - literally just a blank page.

Any ideas?!

Have you recently added your account to Google Webmaster Tools/ Search Console or has it already been in there for a while? I had this issue a while back that it didn't work for a couple of hours on all of the sites that were registered on my site.

Thanks for the response!

The website has been added to Search Console for about 7 months now and is fully connected with Google Analytics, etc. I was previously able to see data but I cannot any more. I can see some in Google Analytics but not in Search Console.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, then I also can't help you any further I fear. You could try reaching out to the GWT team or hope that the data will return. Because it at least sounds like a major bug to me that they want to have fixed.

The new Search Analytics is really a major step forwards, in my opinion.  But it doesn't seem to have been tested very thoroughly.  For instance, on any screen that shows total clicks, if you click the Download button and export that page to Excel, then add the clicks column in Excel, it's off by about 30%.

So you may be looking at the effect of one of a number of basic bugs here.
