Real-life examples of websites with flat-site architecture

I'm trying to gain a better understanding of the concept of flat-site architecture, especially with larger sites.  I'd like to see how larger sites accomplish getting their visitors to the majority of their pages within 3 to 4 clicks.

Does anyone know of any actual websites that exemplifies the practice of flat-site architecture?
