Is it possible to get Google to take reviews from Yelp and Avvo and post them on Google?

Hi Matt,
Google does not take suggestions on what to post for your Google reviews. While it is true that they will pull in reviews from other sources, there is no official way to ask them to pull in reviews from multiple places. They try to pull in the reviews that are the most helpful to the user (also recognizing that a majority of visitors generally review establishments on Yelp vs. Google.)
The best thing to do from a holistic standpoint is encourage users to post reviews on whatever website they choose. More reviews=more potential to have those reviews pulled in to a Google listing.
Hope that helps!

Hi Matt,
As Kyle has mentioned, it's not possible to influence Google's handling of third party reviews. Additionally, just in the past few days, Google has stopped showing their Reviews from Around the Web feature. See: http://moz.com/community/q/google-reviews-from-around-the-web-feature-gone
Hope this helps!

The only way I know of moving reviews across multiple platforms is in the Car Dealership industry.
I have a few clients that use tools like dealerrater.ca - where clients can login or create a Google account to 'review their vehicle purchase ' and subsequently the dealership. These reviews are than posted across multiple platforms including G+, AutoTrader etc.. That's why you often see 100+ Reviews for local Car Dealerships on Google + (attached is example)
But I don't think this works for Yelp yet, however a few weeks ago some news surfaced that yelps looking for a buyer - so maybe in the near future you may be able to syndicate reviews..
