You will find no tool on the market that will be able to show all the links to your site that can be found on the web.

If you would compare the links found by Semrush, Ahref, Moz,... you will probably links that are common for all tools, but also a lot of links that are only shown by one tool and not by the others. If you want to do a full analysis of your link profile you would probably need a subscription to all this tools but even then it will not be the same list as Google is using.

Apart from that, these indexes run on scheduled moments (next update of Moz is on April 30th). If these links were pretty recent - they will not yet have been indexed by Moz/Semrush.

        Hope this helps,

        Dirk

Dirk brings up a great point. No tool is the same, and although there is crossover there is always going to be differences. Personally I always found Majestic to be the most exhaustive for simply backlinks, SEMRush for simply SEM/PPC and Moz is the best solution as an all inclusive tool with a little bit of everything.

That being said, there is no actual timeline for indexing backlinks. If you had a backlink from Apple/CNBC, I would bet that would be indexed almost immediately because Google sees value in those websites and knows they are updated often. If you have a backlink from a website that hasn't been updated in the past year, and they have no traffic, it will take a little before the link gets indexed.

Only Google knows the answers to your question, only we can speculate. If it is showing up, and you don't have any nofollow titles on your links then the backlinks will show up.

Also, I have to comment, the link example you gave, isn't exactly the pinnacle of a healthy website. It looks rather spammy. Now I may be wrong, but there Is minimal organization and no apparent relation between the topics, I personally, would hesitate to accept a link from that source.

              HashtagHustler,

Do you have any suggestions for more reputable sites where I can post articles for good link building?  I'm just trying to increase my domain authority.

i would not do article link building as this was devalued by google. you should go for a more diverse range of links to your website..

focus on high value and relevance and consider onsite blogs, guest blogs, directories, press releases, and other areas that not only give you links but also build traffic to your website, as that is the ultimate goal

regarding the fact your links are not showing here are just because this is one database of links. Different tools have different datasets. Combining multiple tools you can get a better picture of what your link profile actually is looking like..

Be careful about posting articles for the sake of link building. Domain authority matters, but I've seen a lot of people get off track and work towards getting links - when they could be getting links, customers, and industry awareness. Work instead to find your customer and write things that would be useful to them. For example, if you're trying to sell fitness products and supplements, think about where the customer is found online. I'm sure there are lots of fitness blogs.

What about getting in touch with them and doing a sponsored giveaway through their blogs?

If you're an expert on the topic, you could also get in touch and see if you could contribute regular content about supplements to help their readers understand which ones to use, why, who should use what, etc.
