Wordpress plugin for email subscription to different categories

Hey guys,

We're running a blog with multiple categories and I'm looking for a plugin which will allow subscribers to select which categories they're interested in so they're subscribed to the right lists.

Does anyone know a plugin for this because I can't find any that work?

Quick question... Have you considered making the categories separate RSS feeds and managing subscriptions that way?

I don't actually have much experience with RSS feeds but if its an option that would solve this problem i'm all ears!

I would recommend that you use MailChimp - Its an Online email marketing solution to manage contacts, send emails and track results.

They have a great platform for segment your list based on purchase history, subscriber engagement, geolocation etc

Mailchimp is free Up to 2,000 subscribers

The platform gives you all the data you need about who opens the mail, what link did they click on, what contacts are the most active etc.

There are lots of plugins you can use for wordpress for MailChimp

That should lead you in the right direction. That way people will be able to select the categories individually and import them into their feed reader.

I've used mailchimp before, and I understand about segmenting lists but what i'm looking for is a plugin where subscribers can select their categories before they sign up?

I haven't seen this feature on Mail chimp
