You really can't have too much content from an SEO standpoint. I would try and simplify the message on the homepage though. It's a bit much for a user to follow. To do that, I'd figure out the main keywords I'm targeting, then shave down the text but keep all the keywords in play. Make sure all the remaining content supports those keywords while delivering a message to your visitors that's simple and leads them to a clear call-to-action.

I've looked at your homepage and the copy is presented in big paragraphs which is definitely not easy to skim. I think you should divide your copy into small segments so that users can get the information quickly. Check out Moz homepage for a good example.

With regard to the scorecard from Yoast, I wouldn't worry much about it. It will give you the "green" light if you have keywords in your content. To me user experience is more important than having overly optimized content. The problem with focusing on scorecards like Yoast is that you could end up stuffing keywords into the copy instead of providing a readable, useful, and informative content to users. Establishing a maximum amount of content can be quite difficult. Whilst it is positive to have more content than less content, the quality of the content plays a large role. If your content is general and high quality, then the amount isn't an issue. Keyword stuffing however is certainly not high quality and as a result having more of this low quality content will damage your SEO.

In the specific terms of your website, have you considered breaking down the home page into three separate categories?

For example:

• About Us
• Residential Moving Labor Services
• Commercial Moving Labor Services

This would allow a tidier landing page which could then allow viewers to navigate to their chosen page.

Also increase the font to 14+, increase the white spacing and decrease the width of the page to 75% (even if you are on full page mode) so that readers dont have to stess their eyes from left to right.

The amount of content you have is by no means too much but it is not very reader friendly. If you incorporate all the above suggestions, you should be all right.

the copy just refers to the main body of text! As others have said people don't tend to read full pages of websites but rather skim. Have short paragraphs and some header tags to break up the page into easy to digest sections.
