Which Giveaway App are these guys using?

I really like the look of the giveaway app Web Profits are using here: https://www.webprofits.com.au/blog/giveaways/moz/

Does anyone know what they're using for this? Or is a custom solution?

I tried asking directly but they're not really active on social.

Check the new Faceboork rules about give aways, they've made some changes last year.
