Hi there,

I am based in the UK and I am looking to hire someone to help in our SEM efforts.

I'm not sure if I should hire an agency or bring someone in house maybe for a couple of days per week.

Has anyone has experience in any of the above? if so especially for in house what was the day-to-day activities of this person?

Inhouse is cheaper for you in the long run but Agency allows you to draw upon another company's expertise and will usually cost a lot more.

Go online to some of the best SEO companies in your area and check out their career sections. You'll know how to write out the job description based on theirs.
