Page URL Being Picked Up as a Title Tag in SERPS?

When was the Title tag updated? I'm showing the latest cached version of the page as Aug 18, 2014 11:48:42 GMT, so if the Title was changed after that then Google has not yet had time to update its index.
Try getting the page recrawled and watch for an update.

No, the Title Tag was changed before this date.

This happens quite a bit and as you say it may be down to Google changing it. There's another Moz thread here, along with some great links shared by AlanBleweiss: http://moz.com/community/q/why-is-google-changing-my-title-tags

The Google structured testing tool is showing your title appropriately:
I'd say that it's Google that is electing to change the title of your page, which they express that they will do if they feel it is more appropriate to the users' search. I'm not sure why they think that way in this case though - will need to wait until Google realizes your title is accurate and appropriate.

Could you provide the search query you're using - these things are often very query specific.

Is this still happening? I crawled the URL you listed with tool an old friend built that extracts HTML/CSS elements and reads the page like a search engine would (he's worked on search engines professionally for years), and it extracted the correct title. As referenced above, Google's structred data tester is also showing no errors (http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.freestyleaccounting.com%2Faccountancy-services%2Fsetting-up-a-limited-company-for-contracting-quick-start-guide%2F). A screenshot of the query and result would be really helpful.
