Having issues generating Pdf reports

I love the new interface with all the bells and whistles, but I Iove the old layout where you can export a simple weekly keyword ranking for my clients.  Right now, I am having issues just exporting any kind of PDF reports.  Is there something going or some glitch?  I have tried 3 different browsers and still have the same problem.  All I get is the ajax wheel spinning and then it times out.  All I want is old simple pdf report of keyword ranking so I can send to my clients.

Please help.

We just had an email go out internally that this is a problem, and our engineers are working on it now.

Thank You Keri.  Like I said, I love the new look and all the cool stuff, but I still wan that simple keywords ranking report in a PDF format.  Most of clients like that simple/graphic look versus a spreadsheet.

I've had a trial account for nearly two weeks now and this feature has never worked. I think it would be really useful and could be a big time saver so I nee to know that this works before I sign up.

Have you sent us a note at help@moz.com so we can look into it? That's the best thing to do at this point if it's still not working for you.
