How long after sign up does the on page grader take to work?

Everything I enter comes back with a grade F and 0s across all spectrums. I know this isn't the case so cannot understand it.

Page grades update once a week at the same time rankings are collected as they are used to automatically grade pages with ranking keywords. I took a look at your campaign and only see one F grade which is accurate. Can you provide me with an example of a manual grade with a page and keyword you are running and are seeing Fs for?

It was my mistake, I was entering key word phrases without spaces (it has been a long day)!
