how best is it to use the on-page reports in seomoz?

SEOmoz onpage report provides the result how effectively you have used your keyword. As per usage of keyword SEOmoz gives grade to your site. All factors which are provided by SEOmoz are really helpful for the selecting landing pages for that particular keyword.  It gives idea to use keywords in page and how to avoid over optimization and lower optimization of that keywords.  I am using this for knowing how much my keyword is appropriate for targeting that landing page.

thanks for you reply: if possible could you provide best  method to use this tool. i have looked at this but not sure how to configure it in relation to my keywords/ pages

could you provide  a step approach- please provide links to pages / tools used
