Help With Gathering Website Feedback

Hey guys,

This is more of a vendor selection question than it is an SEO question, but this is the best community folks I could think to ask. Hope that's ok.

We're looking for an off the shelf solution to gather anonymous feedback on our website.

It needs to allow a floater widget and be pretty easy to use on the back end, and not expensive - we're talking $30 a month or so right now, or less. KBase and HelpDesk features are optional, but those would also be possibly used down the road.

The biggest thing is it can't make people sign in to anything.

Does anyone have first hand experience that they can share to help us find a tool that fits these criteria?

I like http://www.uservoice.com/, which has a floater widget. Also has helpdesk features as well. Other options are http://www.zendesk.com (which SEOmoz currently uses for the Feedback widget on the left side of your screen) and http://www.luckyorange.com for live chat and real-time analytics.
