SEOmoz not showing latest backlinks

Hi,

How come open site explore(come with SEOmoz tool) not showing new backlinks created by me a month ago? I faced same issue while using other tools for the same. All of them show up old backlinks but not the new ones created recently. However, the Google Webmaster Tool updates me with this recent development. Any reason?

Hi Vijay,

Moz isn't as big as Google and it can take time to find your backlinks especially if they are smaller sites not well linked. Google's a large company with large server to support its bots crawler everything quickly. I sometimes find Majetic SEO is a bit quicker at picked up links but if you make note of what links you have create it should be a good start to monitor what you've been up to. SEO takes time so make not of what you've created and be patient.

Like Chris said about Moz's index not being as large as Google's. If you want Moz to notice the links, tweet them and they should be listed under your just found links in less than an hr.
